When a user creates a poll and others go into the newly created thread, without voting if they just click the "Poll Results" button, it shows the results and removes the other buttons without allowing them to vote.
If users could view the results before they vote is may bias the way they vote. It models the real world i.e. In a general or presidential election you don't get to know who won before you vote....
For those that have "curiousity killed the cat" syndrome, wouldn't it be possible to include a warning so that they don't get inadvertantly locked out from voting? From where I come from...."Every Vote Counts" Or if possible, can someone post a few lines of code along with the filename that needs editted to include this warning? Or how hard would it be to disallow the viewing of results until a member has voted since this action disqualifies the voter?
I know my curiousity got the best of me once and I locked myself out of an important voting process and I'm an Admin on our site
Just checking...I'm not a programmer but I appreciate all that you programmers do when it comes to solving issues like this!
