I have the necessity as admin to create a sticky topic, and its subject has to link directly to an extrenal web site. Is it already exist? Is it possible about you??
No, it's not possible with the base code. However, you can create a weblink on your forum's default page by clicking the icon on the relevant category. Alternatively, you could manually edit forum.asp to display the link above the main topic listing.
