You'll need to add the additional option to the dropdown by editing inc_post_buttons.asp and then add the necessary forum code by editing inc_functions.asp. In both cases, just do a search for one of the existing fonts, copy & paste and make the necessary changes for your new font.
Please note, though, as Ranko said, visitors who do not have this font installed - which will be the majority - will see the text in their browser's default font.
