Hello,
I tried to add the poll MOD from snitzbitz.com. Before adding the poll MOD I created backup files of everything I changed, just in case the MOD didn't work out. The polls ended up not working so I just decided to not install it. So, I restored everything to the backup files. However, the forum is now not working properly and I can't figure out why (especially since all I know is HTML and how to copy and paste, I don't know asp).
Could someone please help me? My forum is here: http://www.mspineapple.com/cheerboard
There is a big black box that when highlighted says this:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'chkAUPermissions'
/cheerboard/inc_activeusers.asp, line 39
Also, when I try to logout I get this:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'AUHandleLoging'
/cheerboard/inc_header.asp, line 214

| Those errors seems to refer to code that should be in inc_func_common.asp. It seems your back-up was from before you added AU as well. You should re-check the readme-file for AU to ensure that you have all the necessary changes. |

I think Your forum breaks the rules of using Snitz forum.

That's because the error being generated stops the rest of the page from being processed, Hans; check the rest of the site and you'll see it's there.

Thank you, I will give that a try.
Yes, the Snitz credit line is there. Because of the error on the page not everything is showing up. |

When function chkAUPermissions is missing from inc_func_common.asp, I see the exact same problem that your site has.
