what file calls on the header image or forum display pages? the image that links to default.asp, because inc_header.asp does not contain it.

The following line in inc_header.asp (approx. line 281) displays it:
		"    <td valign=""top"" width=""50%""><a href=""default.asp"" tabindex=""-1"">" & getCurrentIcon(strTitleImage & "||",strForumTitle,"") & "</a></td>" & vbNewLine & _
