Does anyone mind sharing their forum's TOS? I'm relunctant to plunder without permission and would hope that some members would be willing to share gratis or in exchange for say a... small MOD!

I've come up with the following that I would use to replace the current Policy Agreement during registration. Can anyone think of something that I'm missing?


If you agree to the terms and conditions stated below, press 
the "Agree" button. Otherwise, press "Cancel".

In order to use these forums, members are required to accept 
the following Terms of Service (TOS).

1. You must be 13 years of age or over.
2. You must provide a username that is not vulgar or offensive. 
   A password and an e-mail address.
3. You must be community minded and respectful of other members, 
   you will not be harassing, hateful, threatning or invading of
   others privacy.
4. You will not link to adult content, or near adult content.  
   You will not provide sexually oriented content or content that
   violates any laws.
5. You will not post copyrighted material that is not owned by 
   yourself or the owners of this forum.
6. Neither the Administrators of this forum or the Moderators 
   participating, are responsible for the privacy practices of
   any member.
7. Stay withing the topic area of the original post that you are
   posting to.
8. We may move or split your topics or post because your posting 
   may be more pertinent to another ongoing discussion, or it 
   might spawn its own thread, it may be moved as we see fit.
9. We may remove or modify any data submitted by you to these 
   forums for any reason we feel constitutes a violation of our
   policies, whether stated, implied or not.
10.Discussions about moderators or administrator actions are 
   welcome in email, but not in public discussion.
11.You agree to not hold .... forum or any of its members liable 
   or responsible for anything stated within these forums.
12.Messages posted within our forums are the sole opinion and 
   responsibiltity of the poster. We are not responsible for 
   your postings.
13.Do not expose another members personal details without 
   permission, the poster will be banned.
14.Any content you place on this site becomes public information
   and that you are granting a soft license to this site to use it.

Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy probably contain more than you'd need on a standard forum but you're welcome to help yourself to anything in there.

Excellent stuff Shaggy - will work on my TOS this weekend, but first because of another thread and some research I rethinking my hobby site concept.
