hi, a problem occur after installing the Private Message Mod v3.5.05 im not sure if there was a problem in copying of codes(my fault: wrong paste) or compatibility with the mods installed. the setup of mod is ok, created tables and columns in db. when i check the forum the topic is there but the replies, avatar and rankings were gone. showing:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: 'cLng'

/forum/inc_func_common.asp, line 652

here is the .txt link of my inc_func_common.asp
http://padispoint.com/forum/func_common.txt

previously installed mod:
Avatar Mod for 3.4

myforum: http://padispoint.com/forum/

please advice, thanks!

Your function is perfect...we need to see your "modified" line of code for "reply to" in your forum. More then likely you made an error (perhaps didn't close an if) when modifying your topic.asp page. The error could potentially be because one function (not closed) is conflicting with another (being called) so the browser will give you the later of the two. Post a txt version of your topic.asp page because the error is actually in here and not in your function chkTime(fTime).

If You Have to Ask, You Wouldn't Understand.

Stewart, thanks a lot! i overwrite the topic.asp from my backup(before i install PM mod) since the PM Mod didnt use the topic.asp, you are right the topic.asp has the problem and i possibly made an error copying the codes. thanks for your time!
