Hello Every Body

I have a problem with snitz forum.
When I or forum(Automatically) want to send an email to any user I give below message:

Send an E-MAIL Message

E-mail has been sent

But users dosn't recive any message.
I am administrator of my server, so I can chang any thing.
I use windows 2003 , MailEnable Pro

I have the same problem, I turned on relay without authentication but no luck. I can send mail from the mailserver though. It's the connection between the forum and the mailserver.
Have tried everything I found when searching for relay and authentication and such..

What are you using as your mail server?
Do you have dynmaic or static ip?
Have you tried sending to multiple recepiants?
