Hey!
I'm using Snitz Forum with the calendar mod from SnitsBiz.com on my website!
is it posible to show the small calendar on the website frontpage and how?

There should be an include in the sip file called default_cal.asp. Have another look at the readme for instructions on where to insert it in default.asp

Can you tell me how to show the small calendar on this page?

Apologies, I see now you want the calendar to appear out side your forums. Not entirely familiar with the calendar mod but, from the few glances I've had at it, you'll probably need to include config.asp as well and open a database connection before including the calendar.

Nope!! Cant get it to work!! I've seen it on other sites!! So it must be posible...
I'm not the best ASP programmer:-) Fairly newbie....

| The other key to Shagg's solution is you need to set your cookies to WEBSITE and not to FORUM. You the man Shag.....can we give up the Praise now. This option is found in the Admin Options and Under the Category Main Forum Configuration |

Hmm is there anyone who can tell me how to make it work!!! Tryed almost everything now:-(
Can some email me (fomse@fomsgaard.com) a clean file fx. test.asp where the small calender is shown and nothing else????

I took a quick glance at your site and based on what I see on your homepage, Shaggy's solution should work but instead of including the file in default.asp just include it into left.asp (Just Like You Did With the Rest of The Mods) Although I may of missed it or perhaps couldn't read it, if this is a Snitz Forum it is a violation to remove the MANDATORY snitz copyright info. You may want to add it back or even the great ones like Shagg won't be of any help to you.  |

The same solution applies to this site. I just looked at this site as well and saw on your homepage you have included the log in mod and (I am guessing here) the quick search mod in your left.asp. Add this bit of code below your last include and see if it works:

Sorry....take this out: class=""topicReply"" This is a class I have created for my calendar. Find the code in cal.asp (in the Sub DailyView) and use your particular chunk of code.

A little rain and my brain stops functioning.....lol Heck I have this done on my site <SMACKS SELF ON HEAD> Just add the following simple include wherever you want this in your inc_left.asp:

The mans plan above should work. It works on mine so I know it'll work on yours.
If it doesn't work would you mind posting a txt version of your left.asp page up so I can take a quick glance at it? |

All you need to do is include the above include code whereever you need to see the calendar.

That right there will do the trick. I have tested the include in my site_footer and it worked fine so you should not have any problems with it. |
