Has anybody seen this problem where a member registers, they get sent a confirmation e-mail, but for every time they click on the link, an account is created? So one person say with the user name 'Frank' has registered yet according to the DB, there are 8 'Frank's in the DB.

I'm running the forum on mySQL, site is here, go to members and search for 'carl' to see what I mean.

I would say some thing is definitely wrong with your code, since a completed registration should have removed the member data from the pending member's table, so only the first click should result in a registration. I'd say you'd need to check your code.
