Hi,
I have just set up the current version for my new forum (fantastic).
I have 3 questions:
Can registered members have pictures or images with their signture (on the left), I think they are called avatars?
How do you do this?
I have had someone try to register and can't. She has Nortons a/v on her pc. Could that be the problem and is there a way around it (ie. without switching it off!).
Also,I have it set up as HTML on and Forum Code off. Is this correct (I see it is opposite on here, so I must be wrong)?

The answer to your first 2 questions is yes thhey can be done, you will need to search in the MOD forums, or thake a look at www.snitzbitz.com.
For your final question, we would only advise that you enable HTML if your site is on an intranet, it can pose serious security risks to your website and your members. using forum code will give you most of the functionality of allowing HTML but without the risk. |

| the avata should be simple to find, just look on snitzbitz for it, it is called avatar mod, the fix for the other problem you should be able to find by searching in the Mod forum here, I can't point you to them without searching myself. |
