I installed the avatar mod, and, thankfully, no problems, but where are the actual GIF's? The mod seems to think they are there, and I created the AVATAR dir...

Can someone point me to the download?

You need to place actual images in the Avatar directory before you can use any avatars, and then add them through the Admin section.

The Avatar Mod seems to come pre loaded with avatars that aren't really there. Does anyone know where these preloads are?

You can download a package from Snitzbitz. Look in the Add-on section of the Avatar MOD.
