I followed the instructions to upgrade IP Gate. However, this error comes up now whenever i try to access admin_ipgate.asp:

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Could not use ''; file already in use.

Please post which dbs script you ran, files modified or updated, txt version of the changes would help. Never seen this error on the mod before.
