Folks,

My host just migrated me to another server (messing everything up) and now I get the following problem when trying to post:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

/forum/flretire/inc_mail.asp, line 97

800401f3

Supposedly we have read/write permissions reset on the database properly -- does anyone here have a clue as to what is happening?

Looks like a mail component problem.

Line 97 should mean that you have CDONTS specified in the email server settings but my guess is that its not installed on the server. Were you moved to W2003 from NT or 2000?

That likely means that the email component you were using is not supported by your new server. Change the component at Admin Options -> Mail Server Configuration.
