Hi, after a search I found this: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=16749&SearchTerms=html,for

The solution stated there does not work for me, is that due to older versions of the forum (the post is dated 2002)?

In other words, is it possible to allow Admins to post html
while regular users can only use forum-code?

Please let me know.

Greets & thanks!

Dominic

Nertz,

I followed the instructions, and set the Super/Admin/Mod HTML Only: to Administrators and Moderators. I can still not post anything in HTML. My Posting features read as follows:

Allow HTML: Off
Allow Forum Code: On
Super/Admin/Mod HTML Only: Administrators and Moderators

Anything else that needs to be done?

rpainter, been a while since I installed that mod. when you say your posting features are, is that what you see in post.asp? I have mine setup for super admin only, and I know when I post as super admin it says both Allow HTML and Allow Forum Code are on; all other users only Forum code is on. double check mod installation... and did you run the dbs mod setup?

cheers,
Nat
