how large is the file you're trying to upload that fails? Pure ASP uploads have limits, especially in Windows 2003 servers running IIS6 (204K limit). the metabase.xml file can be edited to allow larger files sizes for the key AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed but unless you have access to the server, your host will probably not allow the modification of this file.
