How can I notify a poster by email ?
I have Emil option on.

Have you entered your mail server in "Email / Server Config" ?

e.g. mail.yourwebsite.com

I want that when a new post is posted, the forum will notify the topic poster by email that a new post hes posted to his topic

That's called subscriptions. You need to enable subscriptions in Admin Options-> Feature Configuration and then edit each category and forum properties, to set a subscriptions level compatible with the one chosen in Feature Configuration.
