I want to set up a little online store, and I don't really know which processing service to use right now. I would very much appreciate any suggestions or advice from anyone. Thanks in advance!

paypal is pretty easy to set up and use - lets you take CC payments from day 1 (and you suffer appx 3.4% per CC transaction for the privelege)

Theres www.ikobo.com and www.2checkout.com you could consider also, but I quite like paypal personally as well have never had any hassle with them myself.

Thanks for your suggestions folks, I will take a look at these options you've provided and come back with any more questions I may have. Again, thank you very much!

OK, I've looked at paypal since it's so recommended but found out I can't really use it due to lack of coverage on their part. That's too bad. Out of 2checkout an ikobo, I personally see ikobo as a better option since they have that whole free visa ATM card deal going on. Anyone has any opinions on this one? Thanks!

The ATM Card is handy, but it only costs $5 to wire funds almost anywhere in the world via 2Checkout.com as well .. I know people trying ikobo at the moment and they sound fairly happy.

Paypal also offers an ATM Card with a MasterCard Logo which I've had for 2 years now. It's a great way to have easy access to your funds when accepting payments.

Just had a look at the ikobo again - look at the fees - 99c a month maintenence, $1.99 withdrawl fee, etc - shipping fees for the cards - blimey! Even a declined ATM withdrawl costs 99c. Totally unsuitable for smaller transactions/micropayments at $3 -- > $5+3%!!!
