thanks all for the great suggestions, I finally went with Outlook. It's more than enough for what I need :) Thanks pdrg for the great suggestion of spam bayes it's a fantastic progy and has made my life the last few days a lot easier. This baby realy sorts the junk from the good. Also thanks Huwr for the tip on Poco, I had a good look at that, never new it existed and I liked the fact it uses it's own viewer. For the time being though, since Outlook is enough for me I thought Ill save the $$$ for Xmas Prezies.

Glad you like spambayes - I've tried a few tools, but this one seems to get a pretty good hit rate, improving the longer you use it :) Oh, and the price is right, too :-D
EDIT: Oh, a nice feature is to look at the 'show spam clues for current message' - shows you how it has made it's decision - can be really interesting - give it a try :) |

If your running Outlook remember every month or so to run an update and see if theres new Junk Mail rules .. i've had extremely good success with Outlook built in spam filtering, its clearing out as much as any other program I've ever used. |

Outlook 2K3 does this also.
