I need to print 3000 errata tonight so they can be shipped tomorrow morning, but I'm not sure this text is right:
In spite of careful checking, the following information proved to be incorrect after the programs were printed. You hereby receive the correct information. Our cincerest apologies.
TIA |

This is probably a bit better *

This sentence doesn't seem right "You hereby receive the correct information"... perhaps "received" is a better use of the word, or "You are hereby receiving the correct information".
I would also change "proven" to "discovered". You don't want to really "prove" something was incorrect. |

Too late now, I already printed, cut and packaged 3000 errata. It'll have to do, we only had the weekend to get the missing pieces of text translated and put the errata together. Better to have slightly wrong English than no errata at all ;) |

Send an errata on the errata . Funny, but I've had to do that before. Felt like a idiot . |

rofl, I've been messing up more lately, but this was the only time I didn't catch it before I sent the files off to the printer. The errata will do its job just fine, even if it's not perfect. |
