At JOTTSWebhosting we have just included MaxxWebportal a form of snitz as a Pre_installed script for our users... I would like snitz logo to not be able to be removed so that you guys get all of the credit. My users have FULL access to their scripting is there any way around this?

P.s. i am looking for some members that have hung ournd these support forums to join the support team since i can't give "FULL" support on this piece of software... I will suggest coming over to this site but they will still be asking the questions on my support site so any help would be awesome i am setting up a support site as we speek. Hosting.purerc.com Join up and send DarkDrift a message and i will get you setup... Thanks a bunch

I'd say to get around that, have it link to an image in a directory they cannot edit, and hardcode it in a way that they cannot edit it...

you could try doing something funky with ISAPI, but maybe it is easier to mod the source code and by default not allow admin page to change the copyright notice/appropriate fields - i guess this could be as easy as making the field types 'hidden' on the admin pages. Won't stop someone determined, just makes it a little more involved to change, which someone would/could do anyway by just downloading this forum code and uploading it to your site...
