I installed the Admin Level MOD, but now it has also shut the superadmin out of the Admin Options...

How can I fix that

Set the M_ALEVEL field in the members-table to 1 on your superadmin manually.

I was actually setting that mod up while I read your question :P
It's a nice one and I am combining it with the Moderator Options-mod I found here too so I can pick some
admin-pages I want them to have access too as well
