I am looking for a mass e-mail program. If I can call it mass, it's for members of my forum ~500 members.
I want to send out monthly newsletters.
Needs: * Can't require .asp, I am not on an .asp plan. * Must be able to use existing database (MySQL). * Must have Opt Out option. * Must support both HTML and Text messages. * Must have built-in WYSIWYG editor.
