My partner insists on using AOL as our isp. I used to have an account with AOL but closed it after a few years because they annoy me so much.

I use outlook for emails but have a big problem with sending mails as I'm sure AOL keeps putting the blocks on me. If I send out one email, it works ok. If I then try and send out another email a few minutes later, my connection with the mail server is terminated. If I try to send out an email to a group of friends (around 10) my connection is terminated.

I've never had this problem before and it only occurs when I'm signed onto AOL.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems?

I'm pretty sure you know the workaround...if your ISP cannot provide the service you need, why use them?

Try DSVR.co.uk - I've found them really useful and rarely have mail problems

It's not really my choice. My partner uses AOl and has an AOL email address. She won't change.
