I'm currently running Image's mod of Snitz on my site http://www.mbsonline.org

Here is a Topic Rating Mod include. That works fine.

But I was actually looking more for a way to Rate the individual Replies, as that is the real value is not so much the topic, as a combination of the topics and replies.

Haven't seen this done or requested yet.
I have always thought if you rate a topic, you rate the discussion instead of the initial post.
