Is there someone, place that has all the snitz forum mods, I would greatly appreciate it.

www.snitzbitz.com has the most, but I don't think any place has them all.

Nathan has the Active Users MOD link in his profile.

Your #1 source should be the MOD Add-On Forum (W/Code) (don't forget the archive).
SnitzBitz has a lot of MODs, but unfortunately not all of them.

A readme file with installation instructions is usually included in the download, otherwise it can be found in the MOD's topic (on the forums here) or the MOD's listing (on SnitzBitz).
