is there a mod that lets you login from another page, through an .inc file or something?
i need it so you can log in from the main page of the site.

edit: i also have a problem with the avatar mod; the readme says i'm supposed to select it in my mod setup with a drop down menu, but there's no dropdown menu. there's only a textbox for code. why is that? i did download the last version.

okay i've tried the universal login mod but i have a very weird problem: when put the includes on my main page i get an error and it says "can't find 'forum/config.asp'" (the file IS there, so thats not the problem). i did everything like the readme said.

(about the other thing: i got the avatar mod working now)

Did you use Include Virtual for the file includes?
Try putting a forward slash(/) in front of the forum path for all includes, like this:

<!--#INCLUDE VIRTUAL="/forum/config.asp"-->
