visit this snitz forums 2000 massege board, see it finely.

they're making forums as flash navigation bars, and changing lot in design that its not available in admin control panel in standard snitz forums 2000 so how it can be done?

"Flash Navigation Bars"? Do you mean the color-changing effect? If so, that's done with the hover-color mod here.
