as far as I am aware psychic predictions are not used as evidence, they are used to give a different perspective and maybe make the police look elsewhere, or give them something if they are clueless, but I am pretty possitive you can't be convicted because a psychic said you did it.

Maybe we all have more than one. It could be that there's an active spirit and a passive spirit? It could be that we all have multiple spirits which take an active or passive role as circumstances change.
And may explain multiple personality disorders.

Since we can't even prove that we have a spirit, you can't make a statement saying we only have one.

Hi, HuwR.

In my case, if I edit a post in order to change the content, I try adding a line in red specifying what I changed and why. If I just edit to correct appearance, or a typo, I do not. In the case of the post I edited in this topic, I just changed the tag "size=4" to "size=3", as 4 semt too aggressive

Best Regards

From years of experiences, research, working with spirit guides and from listening to many other peoples experiences, we can`t all be wrong.

I know for a fact spirit is a reality, for those who believe and have experienced it for themselves no proof is necessary. I cant prove anything to you, no one can, find out for yourself and investigate it because its there if you want it see it.

The Scientific Method
1. Observe some aspect of the universe.
2. Invent a tentative description, called a hypothesis, that is consistent with what you have observed.
3. Use the hypothesis to make predictions.
4. Test those predictions by experiments or further observations and modify the hypothesis in the light of your results.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until there are no discrepancies between theory and experiment and/or observation.

Observing it on TV doesn't count.

Just out of interest what would it actually take for those who think its all nonsense to say "maybe there is something in all of this" or even make you believe 100%?

It would take peace on earth and about 2000 years of diligent scientific exploration to advance our concept of the universe.

As a species, mankind is superstitious.
When it failed to rain, we sacrificed virgins.
When the planet warms, we are responsible.
When witches, ghosts and goblins become fairy tales, we become visited by UFO's, aliens from a parallel universe, etc. etc.

In reality, the universe remains incomprehensible to us.
Our best scientific minds are only beginning to postulate new theories and
the strangness of reality is only beginning to be understood, if understood at all.

I do not deny the spiritual nature in us all,
for mankind is a spiritual being.

But the things we do not know and understand need only be studied, theorized and tested again and again until we do understand.

Awe in the unknown does not constitute belief for me.

Care to elaborate on the facts that you know that lead you to making this bold statement?

Sure, because I've seen them with my own eyes, heard them with my own ears and communicated with them, its as simple as that, that's how I know its a reality

My statement was "I know for a fact spirit is a reality" "I" being me personally

The above picture was taken by my girlfriend at an old well near my home whilst I was with her.

She doesn't smoke when we go out taking pics, we both wear scarfs around our mouths to prevent breath or anything like that. It was a clear night no fog, smoke or anything like that to influence the picture. That picture is one many we have, we don't always get anything, out of about 50 picture we will probably get about 3 with something on them on them.

Just to muddy the waters a little here...just because it is one person's truth, does that make it universal truth? Rasure keeps pet jellyfish, but his truth is that it is spirit (Actually that's my truth too), but as far as we can MEASURE, there's nothing there. Does it only exist as an artifact of rasure's senses (maybe an unnamed optical phenomenon)? Does it mater?

One spirit, one body is rasure's truth, what he believes. I'm not sure of that (1,1) cardinality - (0,n) seems more likely (0=dead, n=schizophrenic) and probably has better circumstantial evidence
