Hi. I am using a host based on windows and running the latest snitzforums on it .I will upgrade my host to .NET .But the time is critical for me.I don't want to have errors.I just wanted to know about the general problems that I can face when I try to run snitz on .NET .I have searched the forum (with archived posts) but couldn't find a topic about running on .NET .

It will be my first facing with .NET based host.I am waiting for your advices

You should have no problems at all, Snitz doesn't use .NET so it will still just use the ASP capabilities of your hosts webserver rather than .NET

I'd say go for it :) .. Personally I'm hosting several Snitz forums on an IIS6 webserver and they're all running fine, setup was no different than if it was on an older W2K/IIS5 web server.
