If I were you, I'd remove the copyright bar from inc_footer.asp. There's no need to have that information there as it's there twice now.

I'd also hide the moderators column to get some extra space, and I'd use smaller icons and fonts. It seems they're much larger than the fonts on the homepage.

Lastly, I'd try to add the left-side column of the site to the forums to make it look more like a whole, but I can see the topic sorting on forum.asp would probably make that quite difficult to do.

It looks nice, but it's not really a part of the site until the fonts match.

Thanks for the advice.

Any thoughts on why the "read" column is not displaying the stats.

That would have to be a problem in topic.asp, but since some topics do have a read count, and others don't, I'm not sure what the problem would be.
Are the read counts that do show from before you made changes to topic.asp, or is it random behaviour?

I noticed that when you first goto your site you get redirected to check for cookies. If you are worried about search engines and tried to get ranked higher, they hate redirects like this from everything I have read.

Looks good, but the font size does not match the size of your site's font.
I'd also reduce the size of the icons.
