Can subscriptions be turned on so that only the administrator is notified when a new post is made?

I can not think of a way to do this with the base code, you would have to alter the code where you could just hard code if your MEMBER_ID=XX then allow the subscription or you could even code in a extra column in the DB to allow subscriptions where you could grant any member access to use subscriptions.
