I get no error when I run this, it just immediately returns me to default.asp. I assume I'm not being authenticated correctly as the admin, which is how I am logged. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot it?

To troubleshoot it, you can either log out, or if you have a second browser installed, you could visit your forums using that.

I tried logging out, and still get the default page, asking me to login. I know what I am supposed to see, but it's just going right to the redirect

Could you give the URL to your forums and say when you'll attempt to use down.asp again (rather say "in XX minutes" than "at xx o'clock" as it won't help with the various time zones people are in).

Sorry for the delay. I've written some code to place the board in the state I wish and this has solved my problem.
