Well I installed the mod, created a folder for the photos to go in but seems to have a problem with writing them onto the folder, I tried setting the permissions but that didn't work, so maybe I got the permissions wrong, can somebody give me some detailed instructions on how to set the permissions correctly? I am using my own webserver.

Also, was the link to the photo album supposed to go on the top? cos it doesn't match my forum and looks tacky that way!

Could you give a more detailed description than "seems to have a problem with writing them onto the folder"?

Do you get any error messages?
Also (especially for question 2) a link to your forum would help.

My forum is for approved registered members only. but here's a screenshot: http://manbehindthespecs.co.uk/images/forum_screenshot.jpg

I get this error message when trying to upload a pic: "Error! File did not upload to system please contact the system administrator"

I believe this is caused by the fact I need to have my photo directory with write permissions, I tried doing this but I'm not sure if I did it correctly. how do I do this?
