Dear people is there somebody who can say what Iam doing wrong on my snitz form: http://www.deliverylvmh.com/test1/

I just don't get it to work hopefully somebody is so kind to help me out.

Run setup.asp.
My MODs:

Hi OneWayMule,

if I run setup.asp, after filling in username Terry and password
I get this http://www.deliverylvmh.com/test1/setup.asp?RC=6

what Iam doing wrong ?
