Can I load the Forum on my laptop or pc in order to test and learn before loading on website server?

Yes you can, I know I did for testing purposes.. I placed it on my notebook, but what you need to do in install Internet Information Service (IIS) for 2000/XP)/(Personal Web Service (PWS) for 95/98/ME) on your notebook before you can do this.

I dont have the sp1 cd for xp in order to install IIS. Does anyone know where to get it from?
