Hello,
I am having an issue with some posts where you click on the Jump To Last Post Link and it will only take you to the original message. An example is at: Classic Motorcycling Australia Forum and the Post Classic Forum there is a topic called CB350: The Saga!
When you click on the Jump To Last Post Link arrow, it only takes you to the first post. The strange thing is that it only happens on this post (that I know of) and the other posts are fine and you are taken to the last post.
Does anyone have any ideas why this would only happen to the one post? Any help would be great.

I shall give it a shot with installing MDAC 2.8 on the server, even though it has 2.7. I am also using Access, so will see what happens.
Thanks for pointing us in the right direction. Will let you (and others) know if it does fix it for accessas well. |

Updating the MDAC will fix it for SQL Server. For Access, if you are already using an OLEDB connection string, then you will need to install the latest Jet service pack. |

Win2k3 on my server... I sent in a trouble ticket to the hosting company to see if they've seen the behavior before. I lease the whole server, so I've got console access to it. Definately driving me buggy tho. Let me know what you come across. I'm at wits end. I've tried shutting down ALL the services to make sure that there aren't DLLs in use when it tries to overwrite/replace them, but still no joy. VERY aggrevating. |

I just restarted my server thinking that may force the refresh of the dlls, but to no avail. I'm beggining to think the issue may indeed lie with the Jet Service pack. If you can find a previous version, try it. Looks like it is not available from MS... |
