So much for me thinking I "know" all about Snitz! (That's my own statement!)

I've made a complete boo-boo. Completely by mistake I changed the datase type on one of my forums from DB to NT. The problem is that the database is a MySQL one on a UNIX server. I've manually changed the type back to db using MySQL-Front and re-run setup.asp. The problem now is that, whenever I log in (using the admin login) it comes up with one of the member's names instead of mine - even though I'm double checking what I type (I type dpmcalister (and password) and the username that comes up is John_B).

The website in question is www.ukroleplayers.com/forum - can someone please help before I pull all of my, remaining, hair out? Thanks.

Can you provide a login? (Nikkol, if you use add default.asp to the URL, the forum will show up.)

It's weird, because if I go to http://ukroleplayers.com/forum/default.asp it works fine, but if I go to http://www.ukroleplayers.com/forum/default.asp it comes up with the above problem...!

Hurrah! Managed to fix it - it's amazing what a nights sleep will do for you. Woke up this morning realising that if http://ukroleplayers.com/forum/default.asp was working then I could login that way and correct the database problem. I did, and it worked!

BTW, I think the problem was that I'd set the cookies to Forum and not Website. Changing it to website fixed the problem on the http://www.ukroleplayers.com/forum/default.asp side. Might not be the correct fix, but it worked for me. Thanks for your help though
