After I loaded everything onto my server and go to my setup.asp address, the source code for setup.asp is displayed, and no installation is completed, or started. How do I start the installation?

Looks like your server doesn't support ASP (Active Server Pages).
You can use Snitz only on servers which meet the requirements found on this page (look under System Requirements).
