I've been asked to gather some info for a company based in the US. Here's what "I" need: 1- Knowledge Base/FAQ software. The problem is that I'm not 100% sure about the server OS and database they prefer, but I believe it's a Unix server, so I'd guess they want to use a MySQL database.
2- a multi-CD writer. What I mean is one of those "towers" with several CD writers in it so you can write four (or more) of the same CDs at a time.
If you can help me get prices, good brands, links to websites etc. it'd be really appreciated.
