I was reading the glastonbury forums, I think it was you who said that ASP wasnt the best thing to write a script like that in.. I was wondering why that was? I don't think much wood be able to cope with that kind of volume of traffic, I'm more curious than anything |

A web application like an online booking system that has to deal with that kind of traffic should at the very minimum be an ISAPI dll, but preferably should be a custom written server |

I, like many others will simply settle for watching the highlights on BBC at some stupid time in the morning (last year it was about 2-5am lol) ... my sis went last year - doubt she'll have been persistant enough to get ny tickets this year judging by wot u guys said... glad u guys all got ur tickets tho... |

wow!! i dont get that many impressions in *does a few sums* about 1 million years!! lol but still... quite a few must have given up if you still managed to get them hours later... |

the logs will have recorde 2 million page impressions, but whether the 2 million browsers actually got the page is a different matter |
