What other applications are using the SQL database? Unless you have a LOT of concurrent users, I wouldn't expect Snitz to be the source of your problem. It's possible another application is killing the server.
Does your search work well? I've had issues when folks are using search would bog the site down due to the fact of how intensive those queries are... |
