I installed the Private Message mod and everything is working great with the exception of the font size. All of new Private Message pages and references have a different font size then the rest of the site. Did I miss something?

That sounds odd. Have you made any changes to the PM pages? If you provided a link to your forum and a test-account, I can take a look.
