i guess everyone knows about archive.org...?

its a way of getting a history of your website, it logs all significant changes to it and stores them

i went along there and typed in the URL of myold forum, and this is what i found..

http://web.archive.org/web/20010813214205/36-degrees.co.uk/cgi-bin/forum/default.asp

thats what my old site looked like...

give archive.org a go, its funny to look at how humble the beginnings of most websites were!!!

They stopped indexing my site after Jun 24 2003 - Wonder why?

yeah, it seems a bit sporadic, and if theres somthing youre deperate to find, you can garuntee its not there! its a wicked idea for a website though, wouldnt mind having the sort of server capacity it must require to index the whole of the internet!
