Hi All
I would like to do a bit of hacking and try and come up with an alteration that will permit users to subscribe not only by topic etc but also by user.
eg if a certain user makes a post, they get the notification.
Often in forums there are only a few users worth listening to :)
I am not too familair however with the inner workings of snitz.
( my asp skills as well are self taught and generally revolve around ammending small bits of existing code)
So my question for you more experienced snitzers is as follows..
Do you think a subscribe by user alteration would be easy to do considering the current snitz coding and set up?
If so which files should I be looking to alter.
Any thoughts or views appreciated as they may save me some time amaturly hacking away with a silly approach.
