I'm getting the following error

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a004c'

Path not found

/community/forum/outputFile.asp, line 52

I've set the upload path in myfiles.asp am I missing something?

I've followed the read me's to the letter, or so it would seem.

forum is at www.mtb-freeride.com/community/forum
use user test and pword test

Response.Buffer = TRUE
Response.Clear

I had the paths for sub folder and icon as /community/forum/uploaded, the path is obviously from your forum directory.

ie file include not virtual!!!

I'm thick me.
