All, I've just noticed that the Jump to Last Post (Blue Arrow) isn't working properly...
It will work on Topics which are only 1 page long. It will not work on Topics which are more than 1 page long.
When it fails to work it just goes to the top of the first page of the Topic which isn't jumping to the last post...
Just noticed that it isn't working from the front page as well in the Statistics section.
I can't remember changing anything recently, although saying that I may have at an earlier date and not noticed as my boards are quite new and only have a few multipage topics...
Any ideas? |

I'm not sure about that, i'll have to speak to our network manager... Any other way you can find out what version it is? It's not in the server info in admin options that I can see... Mind you if it works for 1 page topics, shouldn't it work for multipage topics? |

Check the value of OLEDB Version variable in Admin Options -> Server Information.
1 page topics are handled differently, because of a fall back condition in the code, if the code that finds the page where the reply is located fails. |

I installed the MDAC 2.8, restarted the server and checked...still 2.0 on the ODBC. -and it still doesn't work to jump to the last post, if more than 1 page. |

Help! My jump to last post icon is not working period. Doesnt matter if topic has one page, or ten, you still get redirected default.asp regardless.
This info is taken from the server info page in admin options:- Provider Name sqloledb.dll Provider Friendly Name Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server OLE DB Version 02.70 Provider Version 08.10.9042
Any ideas? |

Ruirib .... I dont think this is an MDAC issue.... it is not going to the first post like the other issue mentioned above... the topic is not displayed at all... it just redirects to the home page. |
