Hey guys - there seems to be a error with the poll mod. When going to "admin_poll.asp" and turning the Poll option ON, once I hit SUBMIT the features go back to OFF ...

Help would be appreciated!

Make sure you've done all modifications at stated in the instructions... especially those in config.asp, looks like you have missed some of them.

You have to edit the forums where you want to enable Poll posting, and enable it (for either admins and moderators only or all members).

It's the code that should be inserted at approx line 686.
Maybe it's best to check all your updated files if you really inserted al the nessary code?

Are you sure you've done all modifications in all files?

There's no config.php, it should be config.asp

Config.asp is what I meant. Yeah I did all modifications.

OneWayMule, can I give you access to my forum so you can check it out yourself?

Ryan, just to let you know - I implemented the Poll MOD successfully last night in a few hours, no errors, no problems whatsoever. Why am I posting ? To give you confidence that you can do it, there are a few tricky areas, but if you have little or no other MODs installed you should get there soon. Don't forget the Check installation step and you should be fine The readme file was perfect. Personally I use UltraEdit but there is some other greate editors out there as mentioned.
