Has anyone ever used the VP-ASP shopping cart? http://www.vp-asp.com/

I found this at the 3rd party carts section of 2checkout.com

I haven't been able to get candypress to work for me in Japanese and I'm looking for alternatives.

Never had any use with that, but I have used CandyPress and love the software.
