I use a 2nd snitz forum. I have links on my main site to it. A lot of the things I don't think I need. I am thinking these just slow it down and getting rid of them would help. Which ones are safe to get rid of?

If you don't use certain parts of the admin area, how should they "slow it down"?
I'd suggest you keep them all, just in case you need them someday.
